Tuition Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from courses or from the university may be eligible for a tuition refund based on the date of withdrawal. The following refund schedule applies to all programs.
Refund Schedule
Before Classes Begin
100% refund of tuition (less non-refundable fees). Registration fee and application fee are non-refundable.
Week 1 (First Week of Classes)
90% refund of tuition charges for the semester.
Week 2
75% refund of tuition charges for the semester.
Week 3
50% refund of tuition charges for the semester.
Week 4
25% refund of tuition charges for the semester.
After Week 4
No refund. Students are responsible for the full tuition amount for the semester.
Important Notes
Refund calculations are based on the official date of withdrawal as recorded by the Registrar’s Office. Students receiving financial aid who withdraw may be required to return a portion of their aid in accordance with federal Return of Title IV Funds regulations. Non-attendance does not constitute official withdrawal; students must follow the formal withdrawal process.
