Title IX
California Pacific University is committed to maintaining an educational environment free from sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, and related misconduct. In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, CPU prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in all of its programs and activities.
Title IX Coordinator
The Title IX Coordinator oversees the university’s compliance with Title IX regulations, responds to reports of sex-based discrimination or harassment, and coordinates training and prevention programs for the campus community.
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual violence may contact the Title IX Coordinator to discuss options for reporting and resolution.
