Refund Schedule
Before Classes Begin
100% tuition refund. Students who withdraw before the first day of classes receive a full tuition refund. Registration and application fees are non-refundable.
Week 1
90% tuition refund for withdrawals during the first week of classes.
Week 2
75% tuition refund for withdrawals during the second week of classes.
Week 3
50% tuition refund for withdrawals during the third week of classes.
Week 4
25% tuition refund for withdrawals during the fourth week of classes.
After Week 4
No refund. All outstanding tuition and fees remain the responsibility of the student. Students receiving financial aid or scholarships should consult the Financial Aid Office before withdrawing.
Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Finance Office.
- Clinical training fees are non-refundable once the clinical placement has begun.
- The withdrawal date is the date the written request is received.
- Refunds are processed within 30 business days.
