Provides leadership to the Board of Directors, presides over board meetings, and works closely with the President on strategic initiatives and institutional governance.
Vice Chairperson
Assists the Chairperson in board leadership responsibilities and oversees special committees focused on institutional development and community partnerships.
Secretary/Treasurer
Manages board documentation, ensures compliance with governance requirements, and oversees financial reporting and budget oversight.

Reviews and approves academic programs, policies, and standards to ensure alignment with the university’s educational mission.
Finance Committee
Oversees the university’s financial health, reviews annual budgets, and ensures responsible stewardship of institutional resources.
