Financial Aid
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office at California Pacific University is committed to helping undergraduate students access the resources they need to fund their education. We offer guidance on scholarships, payment plans, and other financial assistance options.
Financial Aid Options
Institutional Scholarships
CPU offers merit-based and need-based scholarships to qualifying undergraduate students. Scholarship amounts vary and are awarded based on academic achievement, financial need, ministry involvement, and other criteria. See our Scholarships page for details.
Payment Plans
Students may arrange monthly payment plans through the Finance Office. Payment plans allow students to spread tuition costs over the semester rather than paying in a single lump sum. Interest-free plans are available for students in good financial standing.
Church Sponsorship
Many students receive financial support from their home churches or sponsoring organizations. CPU can provide documentation and letters to support church sponsorship requests. Students should work with their church leadership and the Financial Aid Office to arrange sponsorship.
Work-Study Opportunities
Limited work-study positions are available on campus for students who wish to earn income while studying. Positions are available in the library, administrative offices, and student services. Contact the Financial Aid Office for current openings.
External Scholarships
Students are encouraged to apply for external scholarships from denominational bodies, foundations, and community organizations. The Financial Aid Office maintains a list of recommended external scholarship resources.
