Tuition Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from courses may be eligible for a tuition refund based on the timing of their withdrawal. The refund schedule below applies to all undergraduate programs.
Refund Schedule
Week 1 (Before classes begin)
100% tuition refund. Students who withdraw before the first day of classes receive a full tuition refund. Registration and application fees are non-refundable.
Week 1 (During first week of classes)
90% tuition refund. Students who withdraw during the first week of classes receive a 90% refund of tuition charges.
Week 2
75% tuition refund. Students who withdraw during the second week of classes receive a 75% refund of tuition charges.
Week 3
50% tuition refund. Students who withdraw during the third week of classes receive a 50% refund of tuition charges.
Week 4
25% tuition refund. Students who withdraw during the fourth week of classes receive a 25% refund of tuition charges.
After Week 4
No refund. Students who withdraw after the fourth week of classes are not eligible for a tuition refund. All outstanding tuition and fees remain the responsibility of the student.
Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Finance Office.
- The withdrawal date is determined by the date the written request is received.
- Application fees and registration fees are non-refundable.
- Students receiving financial aid or scholarships should consult with the Financial Aid Office before withdrawing.
- Refunds are processed within 30 business days of the approved withdrawal date.
