Admission Procedure

Step-by-Step Admission Process

Step 1: Submit Application

Complete and submit the undergraduate application form online through our website or in person at the Admission Office. Include all required personal and educational information. The application form can be obtained from the Admissions Office or downloaded from the university website.

Submit all required documents including official high school transcripts, college transcripts (if applicable), personal statement of faith and purpose, two letters of recommendation, and pastoral reference letter. International students must also submit TOEFL/IELTS scores and translated academic records.

The Admission Committee reviews all submitted applications and supporting documents. The committee evaluates academic preparedness, personal goals, faith commitment, and potential for success in the chosen program. This review process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Selected applicants may be invited for an admission interview, which can be conducted in person or via video call. The interview allows the admissions team to learn more about the applicant and provides an opportunity for the applicant to ask questions about the program.

Applicants receive an official admission decision via email and postal mail. Admitted students receive an acceptance letter with enrollment instructions, registration deadlines, and orientation information.

Admitted students confirm their enrollment by paying the enrollment deposit and completing the registration process. New students attend an orientation program before the start of their first semester.
