Payment Information
CPU offers several convenient methods for paying tuition and fees. Students are expected to make payment arrangements by the posted deadlines each semester.
Payment Methods
Online Payment
Pay securely through the student portal using credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Access your account through Populi to view charges and make payments.
Payment Plan
Enroll in a monthly payment plan to spread tuition costs over the semester. A small enrollment fee applies. Contact the Business Office for plan options.
Check or Money Order
Payments by check or money order can be mailed or delivered to the Business Office. Make checks payable to California Pacific University.
Payment Deadlines & Policies
- Tuition and fees are due by the first day of classes each semester
- Late payment fee of $50 applies after the deadline
- Students with outstanding balances may have registration holds
- Financial aid recipients should confirm aid disbursement with the Financial Aid Office
- Employer tuition reimbursement arrangements require advance approval
